Michaela and Isabella will guide you through a very special Crystal Sound Bath.

You will bathe in the sounds of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, made of pure, ethically mined quartz blended with crystals, precious gemstones, minerals and precious metals.

The bowls emit what some describe as the most beautiful heavenly frequencies.

We will co-create a special experience guided by 2 experienced sound practitioners and 2 sets of Alchemy Bowls that will bring forth unique and rich sound patterns and harmonies supporting you in relaxing deeply and allowing healing to take place.

There will be space for preparing the body, setting our individual intentions, for connecting with the bowls, for silence and for sharing our experience.

Exposing ourselves to the pure, soothing and highly resonant vibrations of the Alchemy Bowls lead to a deep relaxation, our brain waves get entrained by the sound waves of the bowls into a silent and meditative state. This sound bath can have the most profound effects on our physical, emotional and mental state and the effects and reverberations of the healing sounds last until long after the bath itself.

Michaela, born in Berlin and living in Amsterdam, is a certified Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master and has been trained with the Alchemy Crystal Bowls to facilitate healing sound baths and workshops. Five years ago, she came across the Alchemy Crystal Bowls and immediately knew and felt she wanted to work with them. She now regularly gives sound baths in various countries and collaborates with Yoga teachers and Ceremony Facilitators to offer unique and uplifting experiences.
